    • Delivered the fixes that followed a penetration test: account enumeration, timing attacks, rate limiting, access control.
    • Moved the production patient portal onto the new platform, with a 301 map of legacy URLs to keep search rankings.
    • GDPR data quality: isolation of each patient's data, anonymisation carried over from practice software, repair jobs.
    • Performance: lower availability-search latency and a dedicated performance test suite.
    • Test-first (TDD) delivery in an AI-assisted workflow: Claude Code agents with automated review gates.
    • Back-end Node.js / Fastify / TypeORM et front-end React 19 rendu côté serveur, dans un monorepo NX sur AWS.
    • Correctifs issus d'un test d'intrusion : énumération de comptes, attaques temporelles, limitation de débit, contrôle d'accès.
    • Bascule du portail patient en production vers la nouvelle plateforme, avec un plan de redirections 301 des anciennes URL pour préserver le référencement.
    • Qualité des données RGPD : cloisonnement des données de chaque patient, anonymisation propagée depuis les logiciels des cabinets, jobs de réparation.
